About These Terms
These terms apply to the Thinking Creatures™ website, digital guides, free samples, online Flipbooks, downloadable PDFs, and adult resource-library access. Thinking Creatures™ is offered through New Mind IQ, a DBA of Illuminated IQ LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Contact us at info@thinkingcreatures.ai.
Our resources help adults guide children through STEM and foundational AI-literacy activities. Separate written agreements govern consulting, coaching, custom services, or institutional licenses. Those services are not imposed on a digital-guide purchaser by these terms.
Completing a purchase signifies acceptance of the terms presented for that purchase to the extent permitted by law.
Your Purchase and Included Formats
Your $9.99 one-time purchase of Autumn Adventures in AI includes the downloadable, printable Ebook PDF and the online Flipbook at no additional cost. Both resource links are available inside your Thinking Creatures™ membership library. No separate Flipbook purchase is required.
Access and Digital Product Sign-In
Use the email address entered at checkout and follow the account-access instructions provided. Returning customers may be asked to sign in to their existing account. Access is provided through the membership library associated with the purchase, rather than through publicly available full-resource links.
Permitted Use and Reproduction
Copyright in the guide remains with the identified copyright owner. Payment grants a limited, nonexclusive license to use the purchased materials as described here; it does not transfer ownership or grant resale rights.
The purchaser may download and print the Ebook PDF for the purchaser’s own reference and use in leading activities. That permission does not authorize giving copies of the full guide to others.
The purchaser may photocopy pages specifically designated as reproducible for use with children in the purchaser’s own classroom, daycare, or library program. This permission applies only to those designated pages and does not permit copying the entire book, sharing copies across multiple classrooms or locations, resale, or public posting or uploading of the pages. Broader reproduction or distribution requires prior written permission from the copyright owner. Uses permitted by applicable copyright law remain unaffected.
A household purchaser may also use the purchased guide with children in that household and print pages designated as reproducible for those children.
Do not share the full PDF, hosted Flipbook links, login details, or copied digital resource files. Do not place paid materials on public websites, shared drives, social groups, learning platforms, or other locations accessible outside the licensed use. Do not remove copyright notices or sell, sublicense, or repackage the materials. Uses allowed by applicable law remain unaffected.
Schools, organizations, multiple classrooms, and multiple locations must obtain written permission or an appropriate license for broader use. Do not assume that buying one copy grants organization-wide access. Contact info@thinkingcreatures.ai for licensing requests.
Free Samples
A free preview contains selected pages and is not the full paid guide. No purchase is required to use the free sample as expressly permitted below.
You may download the free sample and print the included page marked “Reproducible Activity Page” for use with children in your own household, classroom, daycare, or library program. Please share the original preview-page link rather than reposting or selling the sample file. This permission does not extend to the full paid guide or authorize broader distribution of its contents.
Any additional permission must be stated in writing. Uses permitted by applicable copyright law remain unaffected.
Refunds and Purchase Problems
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the offer at checkout, digital-product purchases are final and are not refundable for a change of mind after access has been provided or files have been delivered.
Contact info@thinkingcreatures.ai about duplicate charges, missing access, a damaged or unusable file, or a product that materially differs from its description. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include correcting access, replacing the file, or refunding an erroneous or unresolved charge as appropriate.
Digital Product Notice
This purchase is not a recurring subscription and does not include future seasonal guides unless expressly stated at checkout. No physical book, printed pages, or activity supplies are shipped. Other products may have different prices or inclusions, which must be stated on their own sales and checkout pages.
Flipbook use requires a compatible browser and internet connection. A successfully downloaded PDF can be saved and read offline using a compatible PDF reader. Printing requires your own printer or printing service and supplies. Download behavior and appearance can vary by device.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable consumer rights, required remedies, or applicable cancellation rights.
