About This Policy
Thinking Creatures™ provides stories, seasonal guides, printable activities, and foundational STEM and AI-literacy resources for adults guiding children. This policy explains how we handle information connected with our website, purchases, free samples, customer communications, and adult membership library.
Thinking Creatures™ is offered through New Mind IQ, a DBA of Illuminated IQ LLC. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business. Contact us at info@thinkingcreatures.ai.
This policy covers the digital-guide sales and resource-library experience. A separate child-facing app, game, or service requires its own review and appropriate privacy disclosures before launch. This policy does not establish parental consent for such a service.
Information We Collect and Account Information
Information you provide may include your name, email address, billing information, order details, account information, and messages you send for support. If you voluntarily identify your organization or educational setting, we may use that information to respond to your request.
Our membership and delivery providers may record sign-ins, enrollment or access permissions, lesson visits, download activity, and course-completion actions. These records describe activity in the adult purchaser’s account; they are not evidence of a child’s learning progress.
Our website and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, referring pages, and error or security logs. Cookies and tracking are described below.
Payment Processing
Payment details are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. We receive transaction information needed to fulfill orders and maintain records. Do not send complete payment-card details or passwords by email.
Service Providers
Providers that help us operate the service may process information needed for their work. These include GrowthHub365 and its underlying HighLevel and Client Portal services for customer records, checkout, account access, and resource delivery; the payment provider shown at checkout; and Designrr when you open a hosted Flipbook. Hosting, email, and other operational providers may also process information for those functions.
Embedded content and links may connect your browser to a provider and allow that provider to receive technical information. Providers may also process information for purposes described in their own privacy notices. Review those notices when using their services.
We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, to protect people or our rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable requirements. We do not publish purchaser contact details as a customer directory.
Our sales landing page loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from our hosting provider. Requests for these resources may transmit technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, to those providers. Our hosting platform may also process technical logs and error information to operate and maintain its services.
Cookies and Technical Storage
Essential cookies or similar technologies may support sign-in sessions, account security, and checkout. Disabling them may prevent those features from working.
Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Clearing browser data does not delete purchase records or close your membership account.
Adult Accounts and Children’s Privacy
Our guide purchases and membership accounts are intended for adults. The activities are designed for children ages 4–8 to use with adult guidance. Children do not need their own membership account to participate in the printed activities.
Do not submit children’s names, photos, recordings, school records, precise locations, or other identifying details through account profiles, comments, shared-file areas, support messages, or forms. Adults should use their own account information and supervise access.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through this adult purchasing and library experience. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact info@thinkingcreatures.ai so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable. Describing an account as adult-only does not replace any obligations that apply to the actual service.
Your Privacy Choices and Requests
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may continue to send necessary purchase, security, access, or support messages related to your account. We do not use a marketing unsubscribe request as a reason to remove purchased access.
You may contact info@thinkingcreatures.ai to request access, correction, or deletion of your information or to ask about other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required or permitted by law. Deleting information necessary for your account can affect future portal access; we will explain relevant effects when handling your request.
Do not send sensitive information in ordinary email. We may request limited information to verify a privacy or account request.
Data Retention
We retain information for the purposes described here, considering account access, purchase and tax records, support needs, security, disputes, and applicable retention duties. When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it, subject to legitimate backup and recordkeeping limits.
Security
We use safeguards appropriate to the information and the services we operate. No online service can guarantee complete security. Use a unique password, protect account-access messages, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We do not promise specific security controls that have not been verified.
